Berrylicious Smoothie

Picture
Well, this was more of a feeble attempt at getting my husband to cut down on his increasing inclination to chilled caffeinated drinks.
So, with the Scandinavian summer to beat and a mission to accomplish, I put this smoothie together.
Packed with Vitamin C, this is sure my favourite thirst-quencher!

Ingredients

1 cup mixed fresh berries. I like to use some strawberries, blueberries and blackberries. You could also use frozen berries.
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender or juicer for about 30 seconds. Add some ice cubes. Serve chilled
